It's double-breasted, and fastens with six Velcro dots behind decorative gold-tone metal buttons The hip-length black poly satin cape has a foam collar that can be worn upright or folded down; it has ribbon ties at the neck. The black satin bow tie is sewn to a satin ribbon, and is tied into place. The white molded plastic mask covers the right half of the face and most of the forehead, held in place by an elastic band.
